Questa settimana 14 del mio "52 weeks project" è stata soprattutto all'insegna degli esperimenti culinari...e così eccomi mentre preparavo delle "polpettine creative" dentro alle formine dei biscotti, le ho fatte con uovo, carne, parmigiano e bresaola, ma erano...a forma di fiori, cuori e lune :)
Cosa non si fa per rendere carino un classico piatto per i bambini!! E mi sono anche divertita!!

This week 14 of my "52 weeks project" has been especially in the sign of cookery experiments...and so here I am while I pressed some "creative meatballs" into cookie cutters, I made them with egg, meat, parmesan cheese and dried beef, but they were...flower-shaped, heart-shaped and moon-shaped :)
I did it to give a nice look to a classic dish for children!! And I also enjoyed it!!
