This is the first time, after Agata's birth, that I'm able to take part in a challenge and I can't believe it, because already when I was at the hospital with the new-born baby I had this idea of creating this quick but very nice project.
So today I take part in the "Dream Challenge 2.13" by the Scrap Dreams Blog.
The request of the challenge is to create something (everything but layouts and cards) with the "Party" subject.

I'm already thinking about Easter and, looking for ideas here and there on Pinterest, I've been ispired by some nice projects and I rearranged them to this next holiday: it's about Doily and Vellum Cones and Doily and Papers Cones.

I cut a vellum ring (with the doily size) to create a base for the cone, I rolled it up on itself and I secured it inside with some transparent mounting squares, then I took the doily and did the same; at the end, I secured the vellum and the doily together with two transparent mounting squares, so that they remain fixed and I decorated the external part of the doily to my liking (one with butterflies, one with flowers, one with little stars, one with strass, one with little flowers and a felt bunny).
I did the same procedures with some scrapbooking papers, some of them also cut with a bunny shape at the top, to recall one of the symbols of Easter.

These nice cones can be filled up with any sort of delicacy or gifts, I filled them up with the mini chocolate eggs by Kinder and I'll deliver them to some little pests during the days of Easter holidays :)

Don't you think it's a nice and very quick project?
