Stati e città del mondo incastonati nei quadretti 3D di Ikea

Certamente la creatività mi scorre nelle vene grazie a mia madre, con la quale ho sempre condiviso la voglia di fare attività manuali femminili.

Qualche anno fa, Ikea vendeva dei quadretti spessorati di legno grezzo colore frassino con vetro davanti, praticamente delle cornici 3D.

Ne avevamo acquistati alcuni, ma non sapevamo cosa farcene veramente, fino a che un giorno mia madre ha avuto un lampo di genio, ha preso fuori alcuni souvenirs presi in alcune città europee che avevamo visitato e li ha infilati nei quadretti, inserendoci anche sfondi creati da lei con alcuni elementi naturali o stampe di panorami.

Certainly the creativity which flows in my veins comes from my mother, who I always shared the desire of woman's manual art with.

Some years ago, Ikea used to sell some thick frames made of rough ash wood with glass in front, a sort of 3D frame.
We bought some of those frames, but we actually didnt' know how to use them, until a day that my mother had a stroke of genius, she pulled out some keepsakes from some visited European cities and inserted them in the frames, including also backgrounds created by her with natural elements or prints of landscapes.

Anche questa è arte e io la trovo un'idea geniale e soprattutto molto originale, non credete?
Voglio farlo anche io, devo soltanto trovare altri quadretti simili a questi che vendeva Ikea!!!

I luoghi del cuore...da scrappare

Non si sa il motivo, ma certi luoghi rimangono nel cuore, specialmente quelli legati all'infanzia.

Questo è il mio luogo del cuore per eccellenza: il campanile di Medicina (BO), nel mio paese natale.

Ma ce ne sono molti altri qui.

Durante le mie due piccole vacanze estive sono riuscita a scattare qualche foto di questi luoghi del mio cuore e ho tutta l'intenzione di scrapparle al più presto!

We don't know the reason, but some places survive in our heart, especially the ones tied to our childhood.

This is my place of heart par excellence: the bell tower in Medicina (province of Bologna, Italy), in my hometown.

But there's a lot of other ones here.

During my two little summer holidays I've been able to take some photos about these places of heart of mine and I have the strong desire to scrap them as soon as possible!
